NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Debtor in the above-referenced Bankruptcy has filed a Motion for Sale of Real Property Free and Divested of Liens seeking approval to sell the property located at 2216 Jackson Place, Erie, Pennsylvania for the sum of $50,000.00 according to the terms set forth in the Motion. A Zoom Video Conference hearing shall take place on December 15, 2021 at 11:30 a.m. via the Zoom Video Conference Application. The Court will entertain higher offers at the hearing. A successful bidder must deposit hand money of $2,000.00 at the time of the approval of the sale by the Court, with the balance due to be paid at closing of this sale.

To the creditors and parties in interest of the above named Debtor:
NOTICE IF HEREBY GIVEN THAT Mary R. Dohler d/b/a Dohler Cottages and Farms, Debtor, has filed a Motion for Public Auction Sale of the following property: Lakefront cottage shells (20) and the personal property located therein including the furniture and appliances; selling the property described above to the highest bidder, piecemeal or in bulk, on November 20, 2021 commencing at 10:00 A.M. at the current location of the subject property at Dohler Farms and Cottages, East Lake Road and Twenty Mile Creek, North East, PA 16428. Chesley Auctioneers is the proposed auctioneer.
On or before November 11, 2021, any Preliminary Objection to the auction sale shall be filed with the Bankruptcy Court, U.S. Courthouse, Room B160, 17 South Park Row, Erie, Pennsylvania 16501, with a copy served on all interested parties.
